Warranty Policy

Lifetime Warranty

For the original owner, MODBUNKS warrants that your bunk bed will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.

What’s Covered

• Structural components (solid wood frames, joints, hardware)
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, including finish changes from use or sunlight
• Damage from misuse, improper assembly, or modifications
• Commercial use or non-residential environments (unless explicitly approved)
• Mattresses or third-party accessories

How to Make a Claim

1. Email info@modbunks.com with your order number
2. Describe the issue and attach clear photos/video
3. We’ll review and provide next steps within 3–5 business days

If approved, we will repair, replace, or supply parts at our discretion. In some cases, proof of proper assembly/installation may be required.

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from MODBUNKS or an authorized partner. Remedies are limited to repair or replacement of affected parts or product.
